Is a new Group Fitness program that is rapidly spreading across the globe.

Bokwa® is Different. It is not really a dance workout - there is no choreography and no counting steps. Participants draw letters and numbers with their feet, while moving to Top 40 music.

Everyone can do it. If you can move and you can spell you can do Bokwa®. From 4 year olds to 104 year olds, to people with "2 left feet", to dancers, Bokwa® engages participants off all ages.

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

This class is just what the name says. Take the next step in your fitness goals and burn some major fat in a short 30 minute class that will blow your mind!

A combination of cardio and strength training which provides a great workout for your whole body, increasing general fitness. assisting in weight loss, muscle tone, and endurance. Each class will be different

Core Blasting Fun

A relaxing class concentrating on stretching out your tight, tired, and stressed muscles. A brilliant way to start your day and end it

A fast, efficient 30 minute workout that tightens andtones your core muscles. Allow for stronger muscles and body stability

Exactly as it sounds...a muscle conditioning workout which tightens and tones. Concentrating on your stomach, thighs, and bum.
